C Collection is a residential collection comprising just two apartments, conceived for those seeking more than a move-in-ready home.
This project began with an idea, a curve and an architectural memory reinterpreted.
These apartments were designed for living in Lisbon with comfort, beauty and authenticity. Where function meets detail. Where elegance needs no excess. And where every decision was made to turn everyday life into a more considered experience.
In this project, every decision balances memory and contemporary living, guided by four essential principles. Together, they create an experience in which architecture is felt before it is understood, and every element seems to respond to the same idea — a discreet idea, present in every detail.
MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT · CONCEPT
A heritage reinterpreted.
Inspired by a contemporary design language with Art Deco references, C Collection honours the building’s identity and translates that heritage into a modern, urban and sophisticated way of living. Light, flowing spaces, C-shaped geometry and carefully curated materials are central to the project.
VALVERDE RESIDENCE
A collection renewed from the inside out.
C Collection is set within an Art Deco building undergoing extensive refurbishment. Façades, roof, common-area windows, stairs, entrance door, and water, drainage and electrical infrastructure are being renewed to bring the building into harmony with its new interiors.

Located on Rua Morais Soares, C Collection occupies a privileged position beside Praça Paiva Couceiro.
A central location that combines the authenticity of neighbourhood life with everyday convenience, surrounded by shops and services, with transport nearby and easy access to the city. Lisbon, with a neighbourhood soul. For those who want to be close to everything without losing that local sense of belonging.
In this project, both bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the square, bringing light and a direct connection to one of the most recognisable and distinctive places in this part of Lisbon.
